Chocolate Biscuit Wedding Cake

Chocolate biscuit cake is becoming an increasingly popular alternative to rich fruit cake. At Simply Elegant Cakes we make a variety of chocolate biscuit cakes including milk chocolate, dark chocolate & white chocolate. We can make it with rich tea or digestives. Rich tea biscuits give the cake more of a crunch while the digestives have a softer texture. You an add any number of extras into your chocolate biscuit cake including raisins, nuts ( walnuts, pecans or hazelnuts ) cherries & marshmallows to name but a few. We use only the finest belguim chocolate in our cakes and if stored correctly it will keep considerably longer than a sponge cake.
