Traditionally rich fruit cake was the only flavour cake that was deemed acceptable for a wedding cake but thankfully ( for some ) there are now a huge selection of wedding cake flavours available. At Simply Elegant Cakes we offer a large range of flavours including maderia ( vanilla, orange, lemon or coffee ) carrot cake, chocolate sponge, chocolate fudge cake, coconut cake, chocolate biscuit cake ( milk chocolate, dark chocolate or white chocolate ), light fruit cake and of course rich fruit cake.

We also offer a range of fillings including buttercream ( vanilla, lemon, orange, coffee or almond ), chocolate frosting, glace icing & chocolate ganache. These fillings are alos a great way to cover your cupcakes & they can be coloured any shade you like.
